The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company refers to FML Gems Island, also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the website.
- Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the website.
- Website refers to FML Gems Island, accessible from thegemisland.lk
- You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the order, with no extra fees.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, ensure:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
- The goods are in original packaging and unused
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized products
- Goods that are perishable or deteriorate quickly
- Goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and were unsealed
- Items inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Without proof of return, we cannot issue a refund.
